Warby Parker, the beloved affordable brand for stylish glasses has recently launched a kids collection! Say hello to Warby Parker for kids! Unfortunately, the collection is limited and only available in the NYC area for the time being! Frames will be available in all eight of the New York City stores. Scaled-down versions of longtime favorite frames—Wilkie, Lyle, Louise, Percey, Chamberlain, and Daisy—will be available in a kaleidoscope of hues: Peony, Jet Black, Eastern Bluebird Fade, Oxford Blue Crystal, Crystal, Oak Barrel, and Tea Rose Fade. Choose from two sizes: Jr. (for kids 8 and up) and Jr. Jr. (good for littler ones, 4–7); each starts at $95, including prescription lenses.
“Over the years, we’ve heard from customers on the hunt for smaller—but just as good-looking—options for their kids. The opportunity to give them a stress-free, fun, and affordable experience to shop for glasses has been one of the best ways to jumpstart the new year. These are definitely the glasses I wish I had growing up,” says Dave Gilboa, co-CEO and co-founder
“As a dad and lifelong New Yorker, it thrills me to no end to roll out our kids’ offerings in both my and Warby Parker’s hometown. Every step of the way (especially the photo shoot) has been as over-the-top fun as you’d think,” adds co-CEO and co-founder Neil Blumenthal
Best of all, every kid’s pair purchased during the pilot will support their Pupils Project program, which provides free vision screenings, eye exams, and glasses to underserved children at New York City’s Community Schools.
