Summer is almost over! It’s gone by way too fast! Back to school is right around the corner for most kiddos. Some kids have even started school already! I figured having a picnic would be a fun way to say hello to going back to school and goodbye to summer! I picked up some of Gabby’s favorites at the store for our picnic. Can’t have a picnic without some Snack Pack® puddings and delicious sandwiches!
I love getting creative when it comes to making sandwiches for Gabby. Simple things like using cookie cutters to cut the sandwiches into fun shapes, make meal times just a little more exciting! For our picnic I decided to make star and flower shaped sandwiches. Yum!
Gabby loves Snack Pack® puddings! Ok, fine, so do I! Her favorite is vanilla, I like chocolate and butterscotch! We love adding easy mix-ins to our Snack Pack® puddings. Simple things like granola, chocolate chips or candy bits are fun mix-ins to add! We sometimes even add fruit to the mix. Do you have any favorite mix-ins?
We love having picnics! So many great parks here in New York City. Luckily we got to visit a whole bunch of them this summer! Gabby couldn’t wait to dig in to her meal! I think she just wanted to finish up her sandwich, so she could dig into her Snack Pack®!
How do you get ready for Back To School?
What’s your favorite Snack Pack® flavor? Do you add any mix-ins?
