There’s nothing like a nice refreshing cocktail in the summer. However,many of my beloved favorites are loaded with tons of sugar and calories! I’m really trying to get fit so drinking away my caloric intake for the day with cocktails isn’t something I want to do. I still want to have an occasional cocktail (especially after a long day!),that’s why I was so happy to hear about the awesome cocktails DR Mixologist,Darryl Robinson,host of “Drink Up” on The Cooking Channel created for Slim-Fast!
The cocktail I tried out was the Berry Sexy Vanilla Sunrise.
OMG! So freakin’ tasty!
I love that the cocktails are just 120-190 calories per serving (1).
I can still enjoy my cocktail without sacrificing too many calories!
