*Disclaimer: I was invited to a special screening. However, all opinions are my own!*
Mother’s Day was a few days ago. I hope all my fellow moms has a Iovely Mother’s Day. Today I wanted to talk to you all about the Mother’s Day movie! I recently attended a screening of Mother’s Day hosted by Brianne of Stroller In The City. Thank you to Gemarla of The Mommy Elf for the invite! And thanks to Fandango & Lindt Chocolates for being great sponsors! I had such a great time! Nothing like a moms night out with my blogger mom friends!
Mother’s Day Synopsis:
This star-studded ensemble comedy tells a series of interlocking stories about motherhood. A divorced mother of two (Jennifer Aniston) falls for a guy with two kids of his own (Jason Sudeikis), a young woman (Britt Robertson) tries to find her biological mom (Julia Roberts), and an overstressed mother (Kate Hudson) is visited by her bickering parents. Mother’s Day is the latest holiday-centric movie directed by Garry Marshall, who previously helmed Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve. ~ Jack Rodgers, Rovi Source: Fandango
I really enjoyed Mother’s Day! It was definitely a feel good movie! I could relate to some of the characters. Sandy and having to learn to accept another woman in her child’s life. Jesse and marrying/having a baby with a man of a different ethnicity. I’m sure you could find a character to relate to! I would definitely recommend watching this movie with your fellow “mommy” friends or mom figure in your life!
