Are your kid’s fans of Little Charmers? My daughter Gabby loves the show! Her favorite character is Hazel. I can see why, since they are both spunky 7 year old girls! I love Mrs. Charming! She is so stylish! I also love that there are actual lessons to be learned throughout the different episodes. Here are some of my favorite lessons from different episodes:
It’s okay to be different. You don’t have to be like the rest. Our differences are what makes us special.
I think this is such an important lesson to learn! I’ve definitely talked to my daughter about ‘being different’ before.
I remember her coming home from school one day, looking a bit down.
I asked her what was wrong, and she said one of her classmates was making fun of her curly hair.
I reminded her of how beautiful her curly hair is!
We are all different!
I’m tall, my mom was short.
We have brown eyes, her dad has hazel eyes.
We have curly hair, grandma has wavy hair
(Gabby’s mean classmate has straight hair!)
Gabby likes to play video games, I don’t.
I love asparagus,Gabby doesn’t. lol
The list can go on and on….
We are all different in many types of ways!
Imagine how boring the world would be, if we were all the same!
Episode: “Unicorn Without A Horn”
Enjoy being a kid.
I couldn’t wait to be an adult! But now that I look back, I took being a kid for granted. I feel like childhood goes by so fast.
BAM! You’re an adult before you know it!
Enjoying playing & learning and NOT having to pay bills!
Being a kid rocks!
It’s great to recycle!
I love recycling! It’s insane the amount of trash people throw out! Gabby and I like to recycle and create crafts!
Here is a recent craft we created from recycling pudding cups: Glitter Snowflakes
Episode: “Origami Glam”
It’s okay to make new friends. There’s always space for old & new friends.
Surprisingly enough, I still deal with this as an adult. Old friends vs new friends, being jealous of each other.
There’s plenty of space for all of us!
Gabby has been great with her friendships so far, she has a nice mix of old & new friends.
Episode: “Upside Down Friends”
Show your friends & family that you love them!
This is definitely an important lesson!
Life is full of surprises….
So please, show your family & friends how much they mean to you!
And it doesn’t have to be in a materialistic way either!
Gifts are great, but memories are way better!
Episode: ” Charmy Hearts Day”
Little Charmers is such a fun, cute and entertaining kids show on Nick Jr.! I really love that my daughter learns a lesson from most episodes vs. watching some of these other kids cartoons. It’s one of few shows that I don’t mind watching along with her. If your kids haven’t watched Little Charmers, head on over to NickJr.com and watch an episode or 2! I’m sure they will love all the fun adventures Hazel, Lavender and Posie go on!
