Doesn’t it feel like the kids just got out of school? Alas, Back To School is almost here! I’m getting a list together of all the supplies Gabby is going to need for her new school year. Third grade here she comes! Asides from supplies, there are other essentials needed such as clothing and shoes. I know I will definitely be burning a hole in my wallet.
It’s nice to know that Post Consumer Brand products are tasty and a great value at that! Honey Bunches Of Oats, Fruity Pebbles, Cinnamon Toasters – YUM! So although I’ll be spending money on Back To School stuff, it’s nice to know that getting our favorite Post cereals for breakfast and afterschool snacks, won’t be breaking the bank!
One thing I love about cereal is how versatile it is! It can be eaten at any time! Of course it’s delicious to have for breakfast, but it’s quite popular as an afterschool snack at my house. And well today I’ll be sharing a recipe that incorporates it into a dessert!
I love heading to Walmart for pretty much everything! On our recent trip we picked up a bag of Cinnamon Toasters cereal. It was easy to find in the cereal aisle. Today I want to share an Horchata Cupcakes recipe using the Post Consumer Brand cereal as one of the ingredients.
My goodness! These cupcakes are an absolute favorite of mine! I love Horchata! If you’re not too familiar with Horchata, it is a delicious drink made of ground up rice with a delicious cinnamon flavor. It’s so good! I’m Guatemalan and El Salvadorian, so Horchata was definitely a staple in our household!
