I’ve noticed most Stuffed Peppers recipes call for baking the actual peppers. I don’t know about you guys, but I love green peppers raw. I love the taste and the crunch! I wanted a recipe that didn’t require baking. And especially now with the warm weather amongst us, the last thing I want to do it turn on my oven! That’s why one of the steps in my recipe is to scoop the Hamburger Helper® mix into the peppers as soon as it’s done cooking while it’s still hot. That way the cheese can melt on top of the mix!
My Hamburger Helper® Crunchy Taco Stuffed Peppers came out so delicious and they were extremely easy to make! Want to make some yourself? I’m sure your family would enjoy this cheesy, quick dinner. Check out this coupon to save money on Hamburger Helper®!
