Last year I was invited to workout with Jillian Michaels to try out the new Curves workout. Jillian kicked my butt! I was so out of shape! I even had to run to the bathroom to throw up half way into the workout. Sorry if its TMI. Lol
Two weeks prior to the event my mom had passed away. So perhaps it wasn’t the best choice attending the event, but I was glad I did. I realized I needed the get into shape again! Plus, I know my mom didn’t want me missing out on a chance to workout with Jillian!
A year has passed since then. I have lost 20lbs gradually over the course of the year. I still have a ways to go until I’m where I want to be. But at least I finally got the ball rolling!
I was super excited when I was invited to work out with Jillian Michaels again! A new year means a new Curves Workout with Jillian Michaels! I was also happy to learn that Kirstie Alley would be there as well to talk to us about Jenny Craig!
The event was so much fun! Guess what y’all? No throwing up this time around! lol I completed the curves workout! (I was in pain for a few days after the event!) Thanks for the awesome work out Jillian! I love that there are different levels to the workout. We did the beginner level and it kicked my butt, but that’s because I don’t work out as much as I should. That’s going to change though!
Kirstie Alley was such a pleasure to meet! She looks amazing! Seriously…the woman looks AMAZING! Made me want to sign up for Jenny Craig right then and there! What I really like about Jenny Craig is that there is no counting points. I don’t have time for that! I also love that you have a coach to guide you every step of the way!
Overall, I think both Curves and Jenny Craig are great. If you’re trying to loose weight then I would highly suggest you check them both out! You’ll get an awesome workout with Curves and get on the right track with eating and losing weight with the help of Jenny Craig!
