I absolutely LOVE Guacamole! I wanted to share this delicious Pomegranate Guacamole recipe from Chef Katie Chin who is a TV Host from Los Angeles, CA. I love this twist on traditional guacamole! It’s perfect to make for your guests this upcoming holiday season!
- Serves 4
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Lime
- 1 Small Red Onion
- 1 large jalapeño pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup POM POMS Fresh Arils
- tortilla chips or pita chips
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the lime zest and juice, red onion, jalapeño, garlic.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Stir in the pomegranate seeds and serve with tortilla or pita chips.
My goodness! This Pomegranate Guacamole recipe is absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to make this along with some other pomegranate infused recipes this holiday season!
