My bathroom is pretty small. But we’ve got to work with what we have, right? Today I wanted to share some bathroom refreshing and reorganizing tips! These tips should come in handy no matter what size your bathroom may be. The best part is that, you really don’t have to spend too much to give your bathroom a little makeover! I got the majority of what I needed, including my favorite- SCOTT® 1100 Bath Tissue, at my local BJ’s Wholesale Club!
Tip 1: A little paint goes a long way!
I decided to paint the frame around my bathroom door. It looked so dull to me when it was all the same color. Check out the before and after picture below. Doesn’t the paint around the frame make it look a lot better?! A small container of white paint was pretty inexpensive, and made such a huge difference!
Tip 2: Toilet Paper Storage
There’s nothing like visiting a persons house, and for some reason not being able to find some toilet paper! I want to make sure that when I have guests over, they feel comfortable! I decided to utilize my door for some storage space. I made a little toilet paper basket holder on my door. It was so simple to make! All you need is 2 sturdy removable and reusable plastic hooks, and a plastic basket. Check out the pictures below:
Apply hooks, add basket to hooks, add a few rolls of toilet paper!
My assistant- Gabriella!
Speaking of toilet paper…My toilet paper of choice has always been SCOTT® Bath Tissue! Why? Well for starters, it is safe for septic systems! I love that SCOTT®1000 Bath Tissue, most importantly gets the job done! Did you know that it now has 100 extra sheets per roll? Which is like getting 3 extra rolls per package! It is the ‘Longest roll in America’. Nothing like a quality product with a great price ($23.32)!
I always make sure to pick up a package of SCOTT®1000 Bath Tissue when I shop at my local BJ’s Wholesale Club! Planning a shopping trip soon? Be sure to head on over to Coupons.com and search for the Scott 1100 coupon. Offer valid through 7/31/2016.
Tip 3: Towel Hooks
I felt like my bathroom was lacking space for towels. I decided to utilize my door yet again. I love sturdy removable and reusable plastic hooks! They come in so handy! I added some to my door. BAM! More towel space now!
Tip 4: Shower hooks
My shower is pretty small. I don’t want to clutter it even more by adding big storage items. I decided to hang some S hooks from the shower curtain rod. They barely take up any space and I am able to hang my wash gloves and other items from it!
Tip 5: Hair tool organization
I’ll be honest, at some point I had all of my hair tools shoved underneath my sink. Not the best idea. All of the cords would tangle up! I finally found this neat blowdryer storage item, but that still wasn’t enough. I decided to use some removable and reusable plastic hooks for the rest of my tools. Check out the example below. So much better now!
See how easy it is to refresh and reorganize your bathroom? The extra 100 sheets on the SCOTT®1000 Bath Tissue means less time changing the roll of toilet paper in my bathroom, and more time being able to do other things- like giving it a little makeover!
